Who are ARCH and CNHC?

The Association & Register of Colonic Hydrotherapists (ARCH) since 1987.

ARCH became a member of the The General Naturopathic Council (GNC) in 2004.

It is the largest & oldest colonic association in the world. It sets very high standards and is the leading association in colonic irrigation. Members must have been trained as a medical doctor, nurse or 2 years in a substantial complementary therapy before they can qualify to join.

ARCH members are Naturopathic Colonic Hydrotherapists.

ARCH are proud to be associated with the IBS network. http://www.theibsnetwork.org/
The Complementery & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) is supported by the Department of Health. Have a look at their website to see what this quality mark means for assurances to the public.www.cnhc.org.uk

Every therapist on their register must attain verifiable national standards of training and length of service in clinical practice. Along with ongoing continual practitioner development.

Why is this important?

Colonics have become a very popular treatment in recent times and this has encouraged unregulated and inadequately trained therapists.

It is important to make sure you have your colonic with a regulated therapist. ARCH therapists are the ONLY Colonic Hydrotherapists to be independently recognised by the government regulated Complementery & Natural Healthcare Council. (CNHC).
